Bond Cleaning rates vary depending on the state of the property and the work that needs to be done. We work to ensure you get your bond back (excluding non-cleaning related issues such as property damage), and if your real estate raises any issues with the quality of the cleaning after we are done we will return to the property at no extra charge to rectify any issues.
